A paran is a coincidence of angular events: one body may culminate while another rises, or two other valid angle events may share one local sidereal time.
Solving that equality produces one or more latitudes rather than a planetary meridian. Meridian draws each solution as a parallel band across the globe, and the layer can be turned on beside the ACG lines.
Two pure meridian positions do not define a geographic paran, because their shared sidereal-time condition has no latitude dependence. Those pairs are skipped rather than drawn as a false line.
